Our baby invited Eco DeFi to the house and chatted a little bit, here’s the record!
1. What are the main advantages of Eco DeFi for the user, compared to the similar projects?
Eco DeFi operates in such a way that the actual investment returns are clear, and profits are shared through low fees. Integration of DAO system and canceling lock-up period, make the platform more secure and user friendly.
Besides the lending platform on Eco DeFi there is also “Eco Market”, which provides an opportunity to invest into renewable energy projects. Unlike other DeFi platforms, Eco Market on Eco DeFi is linked to the real economy, so users can differentiate their investments and receive higher APY compared to the general DeFi Lending Market.
Besides this, if to talk about reliability, Eco DeFi is an incubating project of Government led Korea AI Blockchain Convergence [KABC] which is in charge for the development of the National Standard for Blockchain in Korea, implementation blockchain technologies on nationwide level as well as incubating AI & blockchain start-ups and raising specialists by hosting educational courses within Korea.
2. What is your security strategy? How do you protect your users, their funds and data?
Currently the security policy of Eco DeFi is in line with the latest version of BNB Chain. In addition, with the aim to minimize the risk of flash attacks the policy regarding order and time of the confirmation has been adjusted. And last but not least, Eco DeFi has integrated DAO organization, so all decisions pass through voting procedure.
3. What’s your roadmap for the next couple of months?
- Being global DeFi project we are planning to implement multi-chain strategy, so to keep developing DeFi services;
- We will keep launching promising and reliable projects such as Babyswap [BABY] token on Eco DeFi;
- By launching Eco Market on Eco DeFi, we are planning to create investment products by linking digital assets with the real economy of the renewable energy industry.
4. Tell me a little more about your latest feature.
We strongly believe that nowadays both large and small/medium size companies in blockchain domain should contribute to environmental preservation. We all know how much electricity is consumed by the mining industry, so blockchain companies, in that number DeFi platforms, should invest in renewable energy projects to tackle environmental issues. We are planning to open a new paradigm of DeFi investment products connected to real economy.
5. Why did you decide to cooperate with BabySwap?
Apart from the fact that BabySwap is one of the top Global DEXes deployed on BNB Chain, it has one feature distinguishing it from other big players: it is an incubating program aiming to support young promising projects: “BabySwap Bottle Race”. We did participate in the race and were honored to be recognized as the best new project, according to BabySwap community voting results.
6. What do you hope to see next for BabySwap?
We hope to see more supporting programs on BabySwap such as Bottle Race, with the aim to unite projects and introduce them to audiences, so they can develop partnership relationships and expand the eco-system of BabySwap and contribute to development of BNB Chain in general.
7. Are you going to have any other cooperation with BabySwap? What are they?
As part of our strategy to expand business relationship with BabySwap, we are interested in launching Eco DeFi Governance token [ESG] in BabySwap farm and pull, so as to create Liquidity Providing [LP] tokens and open vaults.
8. Say something nice to the baby!
We started our cooperation with BabySwap with small steps, by listing our governance token ESG, and now step by step BabySwap has become one of the key partners in our ecosystem, so besides listing ESG on BabySwap, we also launched BABY token on Eco DeFi for supply and borrow, and we are planning to keep developing our partnership and expand our mutual ecosystem.
